About Vail Park Inclusive Playground

In Vail, we believe that every child deserves the chance to play, explore, and belong. We may be small but we have big hearts. That’s why we are creating a one-of-a-kind, farm-themed playground where kids and adults of all abilities can experience the joy of play—together. Inspired by our community’s rich farming heritage, this inclusive space will feature fully accessible design elements, from poured-in-place surfacing to wheelchair accessibility to the tallest slide, ensuring that no one is left on the end rows. More than just a playground, this will be a place where friendships grow, families connect, and memories are made—without barriers, without limits, and with a warm welcome for all.
