About T.B. Hanna Station Park
Raymore, MO
T.B. Hanna Station is home to the Variety KC Inclusive Playground and Sprayground, creating the first park in the United States to feature two universally accessible play spaces in one location. Designed by Unlimited Play in partnership with Variety KC, the playground and custom sprayground allow children and caregivers of all abilities to play together.
Inspired by Raymore’s railroad history, the sprayground features a custom train designed to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices, along with interactive water features, lights, and sound effects. The inclusive playground includes accessible swings, musical play elements, a merry-go-round, and communication boards that support children with autism and other communication challenges.
The park also offers ADA-accessible restrooms, a performance stage, a covered pavilion that transforms into a seasonal ice rink, and beautifully restored historic elements, making T.B. Hanna Station a truly inclusive, year-round destination for the entire community.
