Victoria A. Schmitt Babb joined Unlimited Play in 2004.  A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Stephens College and esteemed White House Public Service Intern, her 18 year old career involves promoting community betterment and social change.  With a strong background in public policy, grassroots fundraising and organizational development, Victoria has served as the community engagement director and “fundraising chair” for Unlimited Play.   Victoria loves playgrounds and sees the power that they hold to inspire play, promote health, strengthen self-determination and create lasting memories for entire families.

Victoria’s “life work” to transform playgrounds and attitudes towards people with disabilities stems from the inspiration by her 9 year old nephew. Brendan (name-sake of Brendan’s Playground in O’ Fallon, MO) reminds her daily that each day should be lived to the fullest and that sometimes life is about overcoming obstacles.
